The internet business, active at www.trzecieoko.pl, is carried out by Małgorzata Teresa Gąsiorowska, conducting business activity as Małgorzata Teresa Gąsiorowska, registered in the Central Register of Commercial Activities, NIP 966-025-87-55, REGON: 050638100 with registered office in 15-521 Zaścianki, Zaścianki St 54/6, phone 601918035, e-mail: trzecieoko@trzecieoko.pl.
- Małgorzata Teresa Gąsiorowska sells training sessions via the Internet.
- Orders are placed on the website trzecieoko.pl.
- By placing an order the Client enters into an agreement with the business for the sale of training sessions.
- When placing an order the Client chooses:
• the training session
• payment method. - The Client is bound by the price of the training when placing an order via the Internet. All the prices are gross.
- On placing the order the Client receives an email confirming the agreement including the stage of the order processing, terms of the agreement: the price, payment method and deadline, detailed conditions, terms and conditions of withdrawing from the agreement.
- Training sessions are conducted in accordance with the timetable and at the place specified on the website trzecieoko.pl
- When choosing the payment by bank transfer, it should be made within three (3) working days into the Seller’s bank account specified in the email sent to the Client as the confirmation of the order.
- The Client has the right to withdraw from the agreement by calling on 601918035 or by mailing to trzecieoko@trzecieoko.pl one week before the date of the course paid for or at any time when the course has not been paid yet.
- Any questions regarding training sessions and complaints can be sent to trzecieoko@trzecieoko.pl and by any other manner allowed by law.
- The Client is not entitled to withdraw from the agreement when:
• The Client has not attended the paid training and has not informed about the wish to withdraw from the agreement or to choose a later date of the training.
• In any other cases under s. 38 of the Consumers’ Rights Act (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827). - Małgorzata Teresa Gąsiorowska reserves the right to cancel the training and return the payment made within one (1) week or to postpone the date of the training in the event of health problems or unpredictable events, about which she informs the Clients as soon as possible.
- Any and all disputes arising out of the sale agreement shall be settled by mediation with the assistance of mediators of the Arbitration Court at the National Commercial Chamber in Warsaw under the rules of the said Court in force on the date the dispute is referred to mediation. The Rules and Procedures of the Arbitration Court are available on www.sakig.pl.
- A VAT invoice is issued for each order.
- When placing an order with the business of Małgorzata Teresa Gąsiorowska, the Client grants consent to have the personal data processed in order to perform the agreement.
- The personal data is protected under the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data. Under this Act the Clients have the right to access their data, to correct it and to demand to stop to use their data.
- The trzecieoko.pl website does not use the cookies tool.
- These Regulations are effective as of 6 March 2015.
- The Regulations are binding in the wording posted on trzecieoko.pl website. In case of any changes made to the Regulations, any orders placed before the date of changes are realised under the Regulations effective on the date of placing an order.
